Shipping Policy

Most orders will be processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). When you place an order, we will provide tracking information and an estimated delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Actual delivery times may vary slightly. 

In some cases, due to rural addresses or oversized packages, additional shipping charges may be required. If the customer is not comfortable with the additional delivery charge, a full refund will be processed immediately.

Frontier RV Parts ships products using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and various freight carriers for larger items.  Frontier RV Parts is not responsible for shipping delays or other delays caused by events outside of our control.

Frontier RV Parts accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.  You can also purchase your products through Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.  All credit cards are processed through Shopify, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal for the security of your personal information.  See Privacy Policy.

Frontier RV Parts is located in Arizona and charges sales tax in accordance with the state tax rate of the customer's shipping address.
